I contacted Lucy and asked if there was any chance the order could be sent quickly and if I could pay for a quicker delivery. Bought as a secret Santa present for my friend, gave a good laugh. It’s a good quality fleece blanket worth every penny. Packaged with a bow and tissue paper, which I found a lovely finishing touch!

Royal Mail messed with my original order, and Lucy was fantastic at going above and beyond to replace my items once she was made aware of this mishap, going so far as to personally write a card, wrap and post my items to my friends (as they were intended as gifts).
